Urban Locksmith provides a 60-day warranty on all products and services for hardware that we supply. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation (if not performed by Urban Locksmith), accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
- Warranty does not apply to customer-supplied hardware.
Refunds & Returns:
- Due to the nature of locksmith services, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided for completed labor.
- If the product we provide is defective within the 60-day warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
